Center for Advanced Procedures, our new Neurosciences Center of Excellence
Strokes are a leading cause of permanent disability, the fifth leading cause of death and one of the most frequent causes of memory loss.  Two years ago Phelps introduced the highest, most sophisticated standard of care for acute strokes: minimally-invasive Neuro-Endovascular Surgery.  Our new Center for Advanced Procedures featuring a BiPlane Neuro-Angiography Suite will allow us to expand this program and perform even more complex neurosurgical procedures.  Timely intervention with patients experiencing a stroke and other neurological disorders is critical. Your support will allow Phelps to continue to expand these leading-edge services close to home.
