On Sunday, May 19, more than 6,000 people walked across New York–and remotely–to keep our families, friends and neighbors healthy. By participating in the Northwell Health Walk presented by Bethpage Federal Credit Union, you support quality, compassionate health care right in your backyard.
This community raised $1.14 million for Northwell Health–making that a grand total of over TWO MILLION DOLLARS raised OVER TWO YEARS!

Peconic Bay Medical Center
Funds from the Walk will support the expansion of a comprehensive Center for Women and Infants, including plans for a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a postnatal care unit, and a state-of-the-art delivery unit – all in one place.
The Katz Institute for Women’s Health and Cohen Children’s Medical Center
Your funds will support initiatives that improve women’s health overall, including an Innovation Grant, as well as expand mental health access for kids and support groundbreaking research through the Chairman’s Research Award.
Mather Hospital
Your funds will help support the Fortunato Breast Cancer Center, a recognized leader in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
Staten Island University Hospital
Your funds will help us continue to bring the most cutting-edge clinical trials and state-of-the-art treatment options to the Florina Cancer Center at Staten Island University Hospital.
